Job Description- Qlik Sense Engineer Key Responsibilities Lead the migration of Qlik Sense dashboards, scripts, and data models to Power BI. Analyze existing Qlik applications to assess complexity, dependencies, and migration feasibility. Redesign and optimize data models, ETL processes, and visualizations in Power BI. Develop Power BI reports, dashboards, and DAX measures to replicate or enhance Qlik solutions. Ensure data accuracy and consistency during migration by validating outputs. Collaborate with business users to gather requirements and refine dashboards post-migration. Optimize Power Query (M), DAX, and SQL for performance improvements. Document migration processes, best practices, and governance frameworks. Provide training and support to end-users transitioning from Qlik to Power BI. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to data transformation, visualization, and performance. Required Skills & Qualifications 8 years of experience in BI development with Qlik Sense and Power BI. Similar experience in handling Large Scale Migration Programs Strong expertise in Qlik Script (Load Script), Set Analysis, and Section Access. Proficiency in Power BI (Power Query, DAX, Dataflows, Power BI Service). Experience with SQL, data warehousing, and ETL tools (e.g., SSIS, Azure Data Factory). Knowledge of data modeling (star schema, snowflake schema) in both Qlik and Power BI. Familiarity with Azure Synapse, SQL Server, or Snowflake is a plus. Ability to analyze and translate Qlik logic into Power BI solutions. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Good to have Power bI and Qlik Certifications
