Senior Platform & DevOps Engineer Tech Stack: Azure | .NET | React | GitHub Actions | Terraform Are you ready to take the reins on shaping high-impact DevOps pipelines and guiding platform strategy in a fast-paced, collaborative tech environment? I'm looking for a Senior DevOps & Platform Engineer who’s not just deeply technical, but also passionate about setting standards, mentoring others, and delivering scalable, secure infrastructure. This is a hands-on role with a strong focus on DevOps from day one. You’ll work with a modern stack – Azure-hosted .NET backend, React frontend, GitHub Actions, and Terraform – and play a pivotal role in designing and maintaining CI/CD workflows and cloud infrastructure. While you're not expected to manage people, you will be a trusted mentor and guide for a small team of offshore engineers. A Day in the Life Designing and building scalable CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions. Implementing Infrastructure as Code best practices using Terraform. Defining and evolving our SDLC processes with a platform-first mindset. Leading the way in cloud architecture design and performance tuning on Azure. Providing technical guidance, code reviews, and mentoring to 2–3 offshore engineers. Driving automated deployment strategies and enabling reusable, scalable tooling. Championing security, compliance, and cost-efficiency across platforms. What You’ll Bring: 5 years in DevOps, platform, or infrastructure engineering roles. Deep CI/CD expertise (preferably GitHub Actions). Proven hands-on experience with Terraform and Azure services (App Services, Logic Apps, Functions, Monitor, etc.). Strong understanding of SDLC principles and software delivery strategy. Excellent communication and collaboration skills – especially in remote and cross-functional teams. Experience guiding others while balancing priorities and project deadlines. Bonus Points For: Experience with Docker or Kubernetes. Familiarity with regulated industries (banking, insurance, etc.).
