Job Description Job details As a critical member of our Infrastructure team, you will architect, deploy, and manage the foundational infrastructure underpinning our digital services, encompassing physical, virtual, networking, and cloud environments. With a specialized focus on Microsoft 365, you will spearhead the design, implementation, optimization, and proactive management of our M365 ecosystem. This pivotal role ensures the seamless integration and efficient operation of all related services, directly impacting organizational productivity and collaboration. Your exceptional analytical and problem-solving acumen will be essential in swiftly identifying and resolving complex technical challenges, ensuring uninterrupted service delivery. Key duties and responsibilities This position requires the implementation and maintenance of reliable and high-performing Microsoft 365 services, emphasizing integration across Azure, Entra ID, Graph API, Purview, Power BI, and Copilot. As a Microsoft 365 Engineer, you will also manage and maintain the environment in accordance with security, organizational, and government regulations. Developing and maintaining essential documentation, such as system configurations, procedures, and user guides, will also be a core function.
