About the role This role is responsible for the development and implementation of asset management plans and contribute to the long-term financial planning of the council. Duties Develop and implement comprehensive asset management plans, policies, and strategies. Oversee the development and maintenance of asset registers, conduct detailed condition assessments. Coordinate and prepare applications for Disaster Recovery Funding Arrangements. Provide expert advice on development design and construction specifications. Skills & Experience Bachelor of Engineering Degree - Civil Demonstrated 5 years of experience in asset management (road and stormwater), preferably within local government. Strong understanding of civil infrastructure lifecycle management. Develop and implement renewal capital works programs. Experience in risk-based renewal planning and asset condition assessment.
