About the opportunity We are looking for a talented Production Engineer to join our team and contribute to our mission of producing the best-in-class manufacturing solutions. About responsibilities Coordinate and plan work schedules, staffing requirements, and production sequences to maximize the manufacturing processes efficiency. Monitor the manufacturing processes, ensuring quality work is done in a safe, efficient manner. Conduct technical guidance for the production line manufacturing, develop testing process. Identify problems related to production process, report issues and provide production reports to assist process improvement. Develop and maintain technical components of production documentation, including Standard Operating Procedures, Operation Manuals and Training Material. Provide specialist engineering support working with internal stakeholders to ensure non-conformances in the process line are rapidly resolved. Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and procedures. About you Professional engineering degree & a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience within the manufacturing sector 3D & 2D CAD skills Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills Mechanical aptitude and understanding of manufacturing processes Proven ability to work autonomously or as part of a team
