Job Description:- Responsible for monitoring batch operations across various systems, including support during 24x7 rotational shifts. Hands-on experience with ITIL-based support processes, including incident, problem, and change management. Proficient in Mainframe technologies such as JCL and DB2 for job execution and issue resolution. Experience in identifying and resolving failures in batch processes, ensuring SLAs are met. Preferred experience with monitoring and supporting batch jobs in Java-based applications.
