What We’re Looking For: A results-driven technical sales professional with expertise in robotic systems Proven ability to manage the full sales cycle — from initial engagement through to closing — with a focus on selling complex robotic solutions to system integrators Skilled at identifying growth opportunities , building strategic relationships, and driving long-term business success Technically proficient in robotics and PLC programming, with a strong understanding of automation solutions and capital equipment Experienced hunter mentality and consultative selling, with a focus on fostering lasting customer partnerships A track record of exceeding sales targets , leveraging strategic, solutions-based selling approaches TO BE SUCCESSFUL Your proven track record in sales, combined with your ability to meet deadlines and deliver results, will position you for success in this role. The ideal candidate will bring the following skills and attributes: Experience with KUKA robotic systems is highly regarded. A strong technical foundation in robotics, automation, capital equipment or related technologies. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills , with a keen attention to detail. Ability to thrive both independently and in collaborative team environments . Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills , with a consultative approach to sales and client engagement.
