Overview: Full-time, Continuing position $99,618 - $107,831 17% Superannuation and Flexible Working Arrangements Based at the Melbourne CBD campus, and hybrid ways of working About You Join us as an AV Engineer and become the driving force behind seamless AV experiences in our teaching spaces. You'll lead efforts to test, validate, and perfect our AV installations, ensuring every detail meets our high standards. Beyond project work, you'll tackle BAU operational escalations with confidence and expertise, swiftly resolving technical challenges. Collaborate with top-tier AV integrators and project teams to ensure flawless handovers, and develop acceptance testing and defect management processes that set the benchmark for quality. To be successful in this position, you’ll have: Demonstrable experience in an enterprise Audio Visual technical role, ideally within a learning and teaching environment. Demonstrable experience in identifying and implementing technical and process improvements across responsible platforms Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think outside the box to achieve the right outcomes. Previous involvement in large scale services and feature rollouts across enterprises. Demonstrated strong understanding of customer service Experience with Crestron, AMX & Extron technologies. Excellent communication skills and the ability to build lasting relationships with a range of stakeholders.
