ABOUT THE ROLE You'll work in a collaborative, agile team of engineers building high-performance software used by global clients. You'll take ownership of designing and implementing robust C# solutions, optimising performance, and improving cloud-based architecture. Expect an environment where code quality, collaboration, and continuous improvement are non-negotiable. Design and build scalable .NET apps with clean, maintainable code Solve performance challenges in cloud and desktop environments Collaborate with engineers, testers and product owners across global teams Drive improvements in development standards, tooling and processes Engage in sprints, retros, code reviews and architecture discussions Help shape future-facing features in an evolving SaaS product suite Very occasional after hours on call. SKILLS & EXPERIENCE 5 years developing in modern C# and .NET Strong experience with Azure and DevOps pipelines Strong background with with OOP, SOLID, CI/CD, Agile/Scrum practices Experience with unit testing frameworks (NUnit, xUnit etc.) Ability to identify and fix performance/memory issues Comfortable with Git and working in collaborative codebases Bonus: exposure to Angular, WebAssembly, Kubernetes or SaaS CULTURE People love working here because they’re trusted to deliver and supported to grow.
