Grow your Career with Greenstone! AI Engineer II Full Time Opportunity Join our growing Product Engineering team as an AI Engineer II. You’ll design and build real-world GenAI features using foundation models and AI APIs. Working in a cross-functional squad, you’ll focus on maintainable, production-grade systems that deliver real value to customers and stakeholders. Key Duties Develop and maintain systems integrating GenAI into Greenstone products Build and consume LLM APIs and orchestration frameworks Participate in architecture, testing, code reviews, and DevOps Work across teams including Design, Data Science and Product Support AI feature reliability, observability, and performance What are we looking for? 2–5 years’ software engineering (ideally with .NET, Node.js or Python) Cloud development experience (AWS preferred) and DevOps knowledge Experience with LLMs (OpenAI, Claude, etc.) and GenAI frameworks Comfortable with APIs, vector databases, RAG pipelines Familiarity with data engineering and observability tools Able to document, communicate, and collaborate with clarity Passionate about AI and how it improves products and processes Should you have any questions or require further information, please reach out to Alex Duke from our Talent Acquisition team.
