What You’ll Be Doing: Engage confidently with customers, offering expert advice and accurate pricing Identify and maximize sales opportunities to drive business growth Reviewing drawings, specifications, plans and diagrams to understand customer requirements Estimate the raw materials and labour to manufacture our products. Prepare accurate cost estimates. Maintain organised estimates and quotations in our Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software Develop technical specifications, datasheets and operating manuals for new products and equipment IS THIS YOU? Are you an organised and proactive electrical sales expert with a passion for problem-solving and hands-on technical work. Your strong communication skills will help you confidently engage with customers while navigating technical components such as transformers, DC systems, filters, inductors, and reactors. The ideal candidate will have: Exceptional customer service skills, with a focus on providing top-tier support to clients and industry partners Strong understanding of cost estimation, profit Strong organisational skills, with the ability to stay across evolving industry trends and developments Experience with switchboards and a natural aptitude for identifying and interpreting electrical parts and drawings The following qualifications are highly regarded: AQF Associate Degree, Advanced Diploma or Diploma (ANZSCO Skill Level 2) At least three-years of relevant experience in the electrical equipment manufacturing sector Experience in estimating for switchboards and transformers A current driver’s licence ABOUT OUR CLIENT Our client is renowned for their collaborative and supportive team culture.
