Minimum qualifications: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. - 10 years of experience with cloud native architecture in a customer-facing role. - Experience working as a member of a Professional Services/Systems Engineering team or in a customer-facing role. - Experience working as a technical engineer in a cloud computing environment. Preferred qualifications: - Public cloud provider certifications. - Experience with compete wins both cloud-cloud and on-prem to cloud with a track record of thought leadership and innovation around cloud transformation. - Strong problem-solving skills. Demonstrated ability to analyse problems, develop actionable tactical plans quickly, and up-level the insights to strategy. - Sound business judgement with proven ability to influence business stakeholders as well as customers. - Demonstrated ability to be a "trusted advisor" to customers. Able to facilitate relationships with senior technical executives, as well as easily interact and give guidance to data scientists and system architects. In this role, you will work with the Account and Partner teams to introduce Google Cloud migration tools and approaches to our customers and help them adopt the platform. You will also drive innovation using Gen AI to automate and transform the Migrations. You will help assess workloads for migration, plan the necessary steps, and help coordinate migration processes. Customers in more than 200 countries and territories turn to Google Cloud as their trusted partner to enable growth and solve their most critical business problems. - Work closely with field account teams to drive the acquisition of new customers to Google Cloud Products. - Assist with creating cloud solutions, defining architecture, collaborating to create migration plans, and designing the orchestration of plans. Demonstrate and prototype Google Cloud product integrations in customer/partner environments. - Identify key customer technical objections, and develop the strategy to resolve technical blockers. - Assist in creating and executing migration plans. - Guide technical and business decision-makers through their Cloud selection and adoption process.
