About the Company Our client is a fully remote coaching business who specialise in helping engineering, town planning, surveying, and architecture consultancy business owners grow their firms to $10M per year. With a mission to empower clients to create more Money, Meaning, and Freedom , they deliver transformative coaching with a focus on results. About the Role As an Appointment Setter/DM Setter, you’ll play a critical role in driving growth by engaging with prospects, setting appointments, and managing LinkedIn outreach. This role is perfect for someone organised, proactive, and eager to contribute to a fast-paced, high-performance team. Key Responsibilities: Manage LinkedIn outreach and messaging (using Condo) to book qualified sales calls. Re-engage warm leads and follow up with past prospects. Book triage calls for the Triage Specialist and update CRM records. Collaborate with the sales team and Founder to refine outreach strategies. What We’re Looking For Experience: 1-2 years in sales development, appointment setting, or a similar role. Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication with a professional, persuasive tone. High EQ: Build rapport and manage interactions with a consultative approach. Organised: Able to manage pipelines effectively and stay on top of tasks. Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with CRMs and LinkedIn outreach tools. Attitude: Ambitious, proactive, and coachable, with a growth mindset.
