About the Role We’re looking for a Senior Back End Engineer to join our collaborative product team. Help enhance our web and mobile apps, which support hundreds of thousands of students worldwide each month. You'll work closely with product owners and designers during the discovery phase, collaborate with engineers to deliver real value to students and teachers, and tackle challenging problems with creativity while continuously learning and improving. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with product and engineering teams on new feature development Enthusiastic about quality, design and user experience Strong Software Engineering Ability Skills & Experience 5 years of experience in software engineering Proficient in one or more modern languages e.g. GraphQL, Python, Django Frameworks Strong experience with RESTful APIs and microservices Enthusiastic about quality, design and user experience Dedicated to learning and sharing new ideas Bonus: Experience working in Education , or on products with real-world social impact.
