Job Description Competitive salary package and performance-based incentives Opportunities for professional development and career progression Supportive, team-oriented environment As a Pre-Construction Project Engineer , you’ll be involved from the ECI through to site handover, working closely with Estimating, Design, and Delivery teams Key Responsibilities: Design coordination and consultant management Reviewing documentation and identifying constructability issues Managing procurement and early trade packages Assisting with programming and methodology planning Stakeholder liaison including clients, councils, and utility providers Skills & Experience Required: Qualifications : Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Construction Management. Experience : 3 years of experience in a similar role within the construction industry, ideally on large-scale or complex projects Strong understanding of design development, D&C contracts, and authority approvals Strong problem-solving and project management skills.
