OT Engineer — South Yarra, Stonnington Area

OT Cybersecurity Engineer We are currently partnering with a Utilities organisation who seek a driven and self-starting OT Cybersecurity Engineer to help deliver cutting-edge cybersecurity capabilities across operational technology environments. You’ll play a hands-on role in the design, build, and deployment of security solutions tailored to SCADA, SRTS, and other industrial control systems. Responsibilities: Partnering with the OT Cyber Security Architect to shape and document solution designs across critical infrastructure systems. Designing, establishing, and deploying central infrastructure to support OT cybersecurity capabilities. Leading build, test, deployment, and change management processes across field sites and control systems environments. Acting as a technical interface between security, engineering, and operational teams to ensure seamless and secure solution implementation. Experience: Extensive experience delivering OT security solutions within SCADA/control systems, preferably within utilities or other critical infrastructure environments. Strong technical knowledge of OT cybersecurity tools and platforms such as Splunk, Dragos, CyberArk, Carbon Black, or Crowdstrike . Proven experience working with cross-functional OT teams—including engineering, infrastructure, and field ops—for project rollout and implementation. Strong expertise of OT architectures, industrial protocols, risk management principles, and regulatory obligations in critical environments. Confidence leading change management and rollout strategies across geographically dispersed teams and field environments.
