This role presents a unique opportunity to work on a variety of exciting construction projects, leveraging your expertise to ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Design management and coordination Client coordination and liaison Tendering Budget estimate and reporting Site establishment and planning Construction coordination and management Site variation and design change KEY REQUIREMENTS Relevant tertiary qualifications in construction management or civil engineering Proven industry experience on $30m Commercial and Residential projects The ability to report accurately and directly to the PM on the operational and financial success of the projects Proven experience managing sub contractors with programming, supervision and contract administration Strong negotiating skills to implement contracts with sub contractors and suppliers to satisfy budgets, quality, safety and time requirements APPLY Please click on “Apply for this job” below to send your resume for consideration.
