Lead Software Engineer (.NET) Brisbane Southside | Hybrid WFH | Work Life Balance Senior .NET Dev ready to step up? This one’s calling your name. I’m working with an awe-inspiring client, a well-established, product-focused tech business, on a newly created Lead Engineer role. This one sits just under the Tech Lead and Engineering Manager. You’ll still be coding (heaps), but also mentoring, guiding technical decisions, and helping modernise a high-traffic platform that gets seriously battle-tested every year. They’re pragmatic, low-ego, and all about building solid tech that lasts. Big enough to have interesting scale challenges, small enough that your voice matters.
