A great opportunity for a Lead Senior Engineer to join a market leader in the retail space to contribute to the design and development of their cutting-edge software. Work with cross-functional teams, guide engineers, contribute to technical direction and be a team player. Work Experience: Seasoned software engineer with at least 10 years' experience on the tools Experience leading a team of developers Experience in mentoring and coaching developers Experience in .NET and it's frameworks Experience in microservices architecture Experience in Microsoft Azure cloud Extensive experience with Kubernetes, Docker and containerization Experience working in large scale projects and heavy traffic platforms Experience with event driven architecture and related services Knowledge of Git and code review tools Familiar with SQL & NoSQL databases Experience with CI/CD tooling like Azure DevOps and Argo CD Experience with test automation Experience in an agile working environment Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority Experience managing relationships with senior leaders Excellent analytical and problem resolution skills This is a full-time position, offering a hybrid work environment with numerous other benefits.
