Lendlease Building has a unique opportunity available for a Site Engineer - Finishes to join our high performing project team delivering Lendlease's own One Sydney Harbour. This luxury residential project based at the Barangaroo South development will reshape Sydney's CBD skyline. The Project: One Sydney Harbour is the much-anticipated final piece in Lendlease's existing award-winning waterfront residential, commercial, restaurant and retail precinct Barangaroo South. Designed by Pritzker Prize winning architect Renzo Piano, One Sydney Harbour consists of three luxurious residential towers, the first of which will be 247m in height, which will be the tallest residential building in Sydney, the second tower 207m & third 104m in height. The Role: This role will see you overseeing the construction delivery of building finishes packages as Site Engineer; supporting the Project Engineer / Senior Project Engineer in managing subcontractors and service suppliers, involved in developing and maintaining construction programs, implementing the procurement strategy, value engineering, managing quality and ensuring high levels of Health & Safety at all times. Requirements: Engineering or construction management qualification Experience in a similar position on major building projects, preferably from a tier 1-2 main contractor environment, with experience in project managing and delivering major trade packages. Passion for customer focused outcomes, driving safety, quality and sustainability. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills accompanied by a collaborative nature.
