Requirements Prior experience as a Breakfix Engineer or in a similar technical support role. Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Strong knowledge of hardware and software components. Familiarity with operating systems such as Windows, macOS, and Linux. Experience with remote troubleshooting and support tools. Ability to communicate technical issues to non-technical users. Strong interpersonal and customer service skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
