Responsibilities Design and develop software systems using cutting-edge technologies in Java, Python, and Cloud platforms. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, triage, and resolve complex technical issues, from development to testing to deployment. Participate in code reviews, identify advanced-level issues and provide constructive feedback to improve code quality. Manage cross-functional communications between technical and non-technical teams to ensure efficient and accurate work. Troubleshoot complex technical issues, including analyzing logs, performing memory/CPU profiling, and identifying code-level issues. Lead and mentor junior engineers, setting a high standard for excellence in software development and teamwork. Develop functional specifications and participate in UX/UI design sessions. Requirements Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years' experience in software development across multiple programming languages and platforms.(Java, Scala, C/C++, Golang, Python.) Advanced-level experience building complex software applications. Experience working in an Agile, collaborative team environment. Familiarity with Java, Python, and Cloud-based development platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent attention to detail. Proven ability to mentor and lead junior engineers to achieve results.
