We are looking for a Citrix Support Engineer. As a Citrix Support Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting assistance for Citrix-based systems and technologies. Requirements 2 years of experience in Citrix support or administration role Strong knowledge of Citrix XenApp, XenDesktop, and NetScaler Experience in troubleshooting Citrix-related issues, such as user connectivity, performance, and application delivery Experience with Citrix profile management and user profiles Knowledge of virtualization technologies, such as VMware or Hyper-V Understanding of networking concepts, including TCP/IP, DNS, and load balancing Good communication and customer service skills Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate with other IT professionals Citrix certifications (e.g., CCE-V, CCP-V) are a plus Benefits About Us Zone IT Solutions is Australia based Recruitment Company.
