About the company Household Australian brand One of the largest network environments in Australia Hybrid setup About the role This role is focused on working on the core IP network for a household brand. The team work across Architecture, detailed design, testing and implementation of IP products in a Cisco and Checkpoint environment. Projects you will be working on are large scale and need you to work broadly across Routing and Switching technologies with a focus on detailed design layer. Certifications highly regarded - CCIE, CCNP etc Duties Networking design/architecture with a focus on core IP network Work down to detailed design level Work with the team on implementation, testing and remediation Follow solid information security principals while working through this Skills and experience To be successful in this role, you will need to have strong experience as a Network Architect Very strong experience with IP Core network High level of R&S skills with Cisco technologies Firewalling experience - Checkpoint preferred but alternate vendors are ok Cisco certifications highly desired
