As an Associate Site Engineer, you will be part of a close-knit team responsible for the effective and efficient installation of Stryker Integrated Operating Theatres. No day will ever be the same in this critical role where you will effectively be supporting the lives of thousands of people as they undergo procedures in an Operating Theatre that you helped create Responsibilities: Install and fit out Stryker Operating Theatres with top of the line technology within the hospital environment Coordinate and partner with Project Managers and Project Engineers to ensure installation success for our customers Receipt of Stryker products onsite, complete of onsite stock takes and management of excess product Commission and validation of equipment post-installation Travel across Australia and New Zealand with a close and passionate team Skills & Requirements: Demonstrated experience working to tight deadlines and managing competing priorities Excellent coordination and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders Proven ability to understand mechanical systems and their interaction, solve complex product integration issues and a strong drive for continuous learning The ability to show initiative, maturity and work remotely with limited guidance Proven problem-solving experience, understanding mechanical/electrical systems and a strong drive for continuous learning Availability to travel within Australia and New Zealand up to 90% of the time (weekdays only) Culture & Benefits This is a genuine opportunity for an ambitious and customer-focused individual to progress and grow your career with a leading, global medical device company that offers countless development opportunities.
