Director of Platform & Integration Engineering. Reports To: CTO Purpose/Role: Seeking a dynamic Director of Platform and Integration Engineering to lead technology innovation in health-care and ensure seamless integration. Key leadership role reporting to the CTO, responsible for optimising technology platforms and driving integration efforts for performance, security, and interoperability. Key Responsibilities: Platform Development and Management: Lead technology platform design, development, and management with a focus on scalability, reliability, and security. Implement modern technologies and foster innovation within the platform engineering team. Integration Strategy: Develop and execute an integration strategy aligned with business objectives, emphasising modernisation and interoperability. Oversee the integration team responsible for connecting systems with external partners and ensuring compliance with health-care standards. Vendor Management: Evaluate and manage relationships with technology vendors and service providers, optimising costs and service quality. Negotiate vendor contracts to align with strategic goals. Technology Stack Modernisation: Drive adoption of modern tech stacks and cloud solutions to enhance overall capabilities. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with best practices. Team Leadership and Development: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team, offering guidance and resources for professional growth. Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, healthcare partners, and cross-functional teams to achieve seamless technology integration and alignment with healthcare initiatives.
