Our client, are hiring for a highly capable DevOps Engineer to join on a consulting piece of work for a Telco client. Role Title: DevOps Engineer Contract Length: 6 month initial contract. Pay: $760 - $860 Super per day. Location: Sydney CBD/ WFH Hybrid. Key Accountabilities: Implement Enterprise tooling customizations. Manage Tooling license across projects. Automation using Python, Bash Scripts. Build and Deployment using CICD Pipelines. Analyse business requirements, business processes, and technical architectures and designs. Define Testing methods and advise on best fit solutions and technique. Verify system performance and ensure formal sign off and documentation of successful integration. Assist in the construction and implementation aspects of delivery. Key knowledge & experience: Good experience with Enterprise Tooling Administration. GitHub SaaS implementation. Knowledge to customize Jira and confluence as per Project Requirements. Ability to manage tools like ReadyAPI, Jfrog Artifactory and JetBrains IntelliJ IDEA. Good with Python and Bash Scripting. CICD Implementation Knowledge. Agile methodologies. It is desirable to have basic knowledge with Splunk, NewRelic and ServiceNow. Candidates must be based in the Greater Sydney Area and must possess existing full working rights in Australia.
