Your role This role is responsible for planning, developing and executing qualification and commissioning activities, as allocated, ensuring activities are implemented to industry and regulatory standards for CSL. Your responsibilities Co-ordinate and manage the performance of activities including: Qualification Commissioning DMS maintenance, Document review, Preparation of qualification protocols and reports Change control management and review Supporting other PALM activities Delivering Tasks in time according schedule/due date All activities are to be performed in compliance with relevant regulatory codes and guidance's. Co-ordinate and manage qualification schedules Work collaboratively with all stakeholders to ensure that activities are planned and delivered in an efficient timeframe Build linkages between the team and CSL sites to maximise the knowledge locally and sharing our findings with other sites Creation of required master plans, standard operating procedures and work instructions ensuring these meet CSL global and site-specific procedures and regulatory requirements Building and Leading of Teams by provide leadership, direction, and ensuring performance to deliver the defined scope Assist in providing technical specialist advice on qualification issues to project members Prepare, implement and maintain departmental documentation for activities and regulatory submissions Actively participate in problem solving and identify opportunities for improvement to optimize activities Assist with HS&E Risk Assessments and the implementation of safety improvement initiatives Assist in budget preparation and forecasting for the scope of project and non-project activities. Ensure cost recovery is achieved where applicable. Your experience A relevant science or engineering tertiary qualification Computer literacy and experience using Microsoft applications Experience in the pharmaceutical manufacturing industry is highly desirable Able to lead staff by example, providing technical and personal support Able to work collaboratively with others to ensure successful outcomes Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present to a range of audiences at all levels within the organisation Excellent time management skills, with the flexibility to manage changing priorities and multiple tasks Good knowledge of cGMP Excellent knowledge of industry guidance documents and standards, with a good understanding of validation and qualification principles. Strong problem solving and negotiation skills Strong customer focus This is a Fixed Term Contract until January 2026, subject to project delivery.
