Due to recent awards we are seeking SMP Project Engineers to join major Lithium projects across Western Australia. There are DIDO 5:2 (Monday to Friday), DIDO 2:1 rosters available with attractive Salary Packages, site uplifts & PCB on offer. These prestigious multi-disciplinary projects offer long-term opportunities (2 years) as you play an essential role contributing to the success of the projects. From the initial project startup to on-site construction and closeout, you will be involved in every aspect of the project lifecycle. Key responsibilities include: Workpack development and aiding with planning, scheduling and executing the scope of work including organising project resources, equipment and materials/procurement as directed to meet project or contractual requirements Provide advice, technical or functional information as required to Supervision and project staff involved in the execution of work Identify hazards and advise on safety procedures. Actively monitor work practices to ensure adherence to correct procedures and standards for safety and environmental performance Work in accordance with quality assurance procedures, client specifications and ISO requirements Assist project team with commissioning support Why Us? What you will bring: Previous experience working in a SMP engineering position, developing project/ construction schedules and work packs, completing progress reporting and monitoring milestones within the mining industry Clear written and technical skills with demonstrated capability in commercials, budgets/construction metrics and change management Relevant tertiary qualification Ability to undertake a 2:1 FIFO roster to Alice Springs Safety is at the forefront of everything we do, and we live by our promise: The safe way is the only way.
