The Paperless Engineering Operations MIS Specialist will support the Operations, Engineering and Corporate business groups with the responsibility of ensuring the reliability, sustainability and security of the Engineering MIS (TRAX) that maintenance fleet airworthiness and compliance. Key responsibilities of this role include: Participating in TRAX product development from ideation to deployment and beyond Understand business requirements and IT architecture to install and maintain applications Conducts Systems/Business Process Analysis which includes user requirement gathering, process review and data mapping, systems/process specifications documentation, development of transaction guide and testing/validation and implementation (TRAX related projects) Design and development of scripts to resolve data discrepancies caused by user errors, process inefficiency or system bugs Coordinates with the 3rd party vendor service provider for systems integrated to Engineering MIS (TRAX) Providing technical expertise to teams in the configuration, testing and implementation of TRAX applications. If you bring the following qualification and experience, then we would love to hear from you: Bachelor's degree in Engineering / Information systems or equivalent work experience Linux , wildfly server installation experience Front end and back end developer TRAX experience Intermediate to Oracle P/L SQL or MS Access skill Strong knowledge of technical concepts of enterprise architecture, contemporary IT strategies, directions and technologies Expert skills in many programming areas and development languages, including operating systems, utilities and applications development tools Experience designing and delivering cloud hosted web or integration solutions (Azure/AWS) Experience in systems integration Experience working in cross functional development teams Application administration, configuration and deployment to development and production systems What's in it for you Our team members enjoy access to unlimited heavily discounted fares to destinations all over the world - not only for team members, but for their favourite travel companions too.
