THE ROLE: The Senior Product Engineer plays a pivotal role in our Transport portfolio, responsible for providing expert technical support to our customers, ensuring superior customer satisfaction over our competitors. Working closely with the Key Account Manager and Associate Business Development Manager, the Senior Product Engineer - Transport is the go-to person for addressing technical aspects of customer product inquiries and supporting pre-sales and post-sales service functions. WHAT YOU WILL DO: Respond to day-to-day enquiries and requests from existing transport customers, managing spare parts, inventory, and service agreements. Act as a liaison between customer product technicians and Stryker's tech services, ensuring seamless communication. Serve as the primary contact for technical pre-sales product inquiries and post-sales technical support. Maintain global stakeholder communication to assist in product inquiries, field actions, and recalls. Drive business relationship development within Stryker and external parties, supporting market share growth. WHAT YOU NEED: Proven ability to integrate technical and operational knowledge into a sales function. Successful track record in a technical role, demonstrating expertise and accomplishments. Strong ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment. Excellent networking skills, facilitating collaboration with external parties in the sales cycle. Effective communication at all levels, maintaining high-level relationships with key stakeholders.
