We are currently growing our Brisbane team, and have multiple openings for Azure Cloud Engineers. You will use your leadership skills and knowledge of cloud computing to design solutions for a variety of customers across Australia and beyond. Your enthusiasm, technical and business depth, and excellent presentation skills will help decision makers to make the right choices. This varied role may also include designing and implementing solutions in the following areas: Microsoft AD, Azure AD/Entra, identity and access management (IAM), security monitoring, threat and vulnerability management, Azure Governance, Privileged Identity management, and Conditional Access. We offer flexible work and a hybrid work environment to promote work-life balance. We request a minimum of 2 days in the CGI office/ clients site. Your future duties and responsibilities: Provide expertise regarding Azure services for infrastructure, Applications and Identity in Microsoft Azure. Assist in the business case and design of Enterprise cloud solutions and maintaining existing ones for our valued customers. Design, implement, and/or maintain Azure cloud infrastructure and services and ensure its availability, security, and performance. Demonstrate thought leadership in cloud computing across multiple channels including Microsoft Active Directory, Azure AD/Entra, Azure Enterprise Applications, PIM, Governance, DevOps/Automation and become a trusted advisor to decision makers. Provision and configure Azure cloud-based resources to manage complex application environments. Represent CGI and provide thought leadership when meeting with our customers and provide customer and market feedback to the product and engineering teams to influence product direction. Required qualifications to be successful in this role: 2 years of experience as an Azure engineer in addition to a solid background in IT systems Microsoft Certifications in Cloud (Azure, M365). Strong experience with Azure or M365 cloud technologies specifically around Identity Knowledge of cloud security and compliance requirements Experience in many aspects of cloud computing (e.g. infrastructure, identity, storage, platforms and data, etc.) Experience working in a team with a focus on customer satisfaction Ability to interface with client and engagement teams at the appropriate level Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal) Strong prioritisation and organisational skills Good research / assessment skills Effective working without direct supervision Full permanent work rights for Australia.
