Our client on the South Coast of NSW is seeking an Project Engineer to join their family orientated business Remuneration is based on experience of course, though you can expect a salary between $110k - $130k, plus super and car, potentially more They have a solid pipeline of work on some of the region’s most Iconic Civil Projects & are looking for someone with industry experience in below (not limited to). The Benefits Excellent opportunity to build fundamental industry skills with a national civil contractor Supportive environment with career progression opportunities A workplace that believes Zero Harm is achievable and continuously strives to reach this goal The Position : Managing sub-contractors and coordinating works on site Ensuring site safety and environmental compliance Working closely with and building strong client relationships Cost control and planning Co-ordinating design and construction Maintain the procurement program and prepare procurement documentation Monitor and assist the Project Manager / Senior Project Engineer in meeting the projects set time frame Managing quality assurance to ensure the project runs to program, deliver a high-quality project with minimal reworks and contracts administration Ideal Background: Bachelor level degree in Civil/Mechanical Engineering (essential); Up to 5 years’ experience as a Project Engineer within the earthworks, drainage and roads space (essential); Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
