Job Expectations An exciting new opportunity at nbn for a Senior Engineer ServiceNow, reporting to Executive Manager DevSecOps Network Assurance. A bit about your role At nbn we have ServiceNow serving our IT, Customer and Networks and Field business pillars for varied business priorities and outcomes. Modules in focus are primarily ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, IRM, SPM/ITBM, ITAM, TSM, CSM. As the Senior Engineer ServiceNow, you will be responsible for overseeing the administration, development, testing, security & operation in the ServiceNow platform. You will identify, manage resolution of tech debt and delivery of tech improvement on the ServiceNow platform. You will evaluate new work requirements and produce comprehensive analysis and recommendations as well as perform and participate in application/platform roadmap planning. You will be responsible to run a technical governance forum across the entire ServiceNow platform and help with the Product Owner Forum to make sure nbn's business strategy and portfolio governance gets a good visibility and handle on the platform standards and roadmap. You will also work as a go to person, advisor and a consultant from ServiceNow product bringing in both functional and technical assistance to various programs of enterprise simplicity and transformations running in nbn. This role will see you collaborating with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders across nbn. A bit about you The successful candidate will have a strong background in architecting and implementing solutions using ServiceNow products with integrations to other systems. You are highly experienced in complex implementation using ServiceNow and have strong experience/knowledge of ServiceNow applications such as ITSM, CMDB, CSM, ITOM, SPM, IRM, ServiceNow platform tools such as health scan, ATF, CICD, and integrations hubs, Automation Engine by leveraging ServiceNow best practices. This role requires experience in the end-to-end software delivery cycle from idea inception to production implementation and its translation to agile. You have a good ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical audiences. Experience in implementing ServiceNow as telecom business solution would be an advantage.
