We are currently seeking a Process Engineer, reporting directly to Process Engineering Discipline Manager to join our Processing Engineering team based in Perth, Australia. About the Job We are currently seeking a Process Engineer with relevant work experience. As a Process Engineer at Technip Energies Australia, you will have an opportunity to work on both onshore and offshore projects with the potential to be involved with brownfields engineering for Prelude FLNG or with design for new hydrogen developments, bio-diesel system design. Specific tasks performed under the direction of a Senior Process Engineers include: P&ID & PFD development Experience in Conceptual, FEED and detailed design for process and utility units Experience in preparing process engineering calculations, simulations, equipment sizing and Mass Balance, process drawings Ability to perform tasks as assigned and to deliver on time frames Instruct Drafting Team on relevant discipline engineering drafting requirements for projects Experience in HYSYS steady sate simulation Experience in dynamic simulation is an advantage Experience in LNG design, Hydrogen, Biodiesel and CCS is an advantage You will be responsible for: Performing various process engineering design tasks and deliverables based on instructions received from their respective Project Lead or Discipline Manager Performing conceptual / FEED and / or detailed engineering studies / project work and identify requirements specified by the Client or Project Effective, efficient, and fit for purpose delivery of solutions and documents Interfacing with other disciplines as required for assigned tasks We offer you not only a job, but an inspiring journey in a truly global environment where you team up to break down boundaries thanks to the innovation, creativity and pioneer spirit which drive our people. About You We'd love to hear from you if your profile meets the following essential requirements: University Degree in Chemical Engineering from a reputable institution, for instance as recognised by the Institute of Engineers Australia, or international equivalent The ideal candidate should be early in their process engineer career with some relevant process engineering experience within the oil, gas &/or energy industry Hold full Australian working rights Good written English for technical report preparation Exceptionally organised, have the ability to juggle multiple demands on your time and deliver on time Inclusion Standards In our continuous journey to developing and building culture of inclusion, we adhere to four Inclusion Gold Standards.
