We are currently seeking a Senior Structural Engineer, reporting directly to Structural Engineering Discipline Manager to join our Structural Engineering team based in Perth, Australia on a Fixed Max term contract (2 years) About the Job As a Senior Structural Engineer, you have the opportunity to work on various high profile onshore/offshore projects. In this role, you will be engaged in projects at different stages from concept/feasibility to execute, fabrication and installation stages. The projects range from new developments (Greenfield) to the modifications of existing live assets (Brownfield); e.g., design for new hydrogen developments and Prelude FLNG. Responsibilities: Performing hands on structural analysis, design (steel and concrete structures) and developing associated engineering deliverables Interfacing with other engineering disciplines as required during project execution and working closely with structural designers to deliver engineering drawings. Supervise structural engineers and designers as defined by project organisation chart. Assisting in defining the resources requirement for both drafting and structural engineering on your assigned project/scope Developing and maintaining a schedule for assigned work scope and deliver the scope on time and on budget. Providing site engineering supervision/technical assistance for manufacturing, fabrication and installation as required. About You We'd love to hear from you if your profile meets the following essential requirements: Bachelor's degree (minimum) in civil/structural engineering. Minimum 10 years of experience in structural analysis and design of onshore/offshore structures, including experience with brownfields modifications. Steel and concrete structural design experience Design in accordance with International (API, ISO, AISC, DNV) and Australian standards. Essential software experience: Space Gass, SACS, Mathcad, AutoCAD/BrisCAD. Preferred software experience: Sesam/GeniE, USFOS, Navisworks, Coding and FEA (Finite Element Analysis) analysis.
