We have a vacancy for an IT Systems Engineer who is responsible for Designing, Configuration, Implementation, Testing, and ongoing Administration of; Network Infrastructure, Operating Systems, Application Software, and System Management Tools. Key Responsibilities: Manages and monitors all installed systems and infrastructure for the organization to be in line with company guidelines or SOP. Defines customers' needs and functionality in a service development cycle. Project analyzing, developing solutions, creating data models, designing architecture to the specifications and implementation and configuration of the network and system. Assists in the coordination of various teams testing and evaluating for the development of design and its implementation of the best output. Installs, configures, and tests operating systems, application software, and system management tools. Providing Customized IT Solutions according to business needs and requirements. Monitoring Networks and Systems with ongoing maintenance procedures. Ensures the highest level of Systems and Infrastructure availability. Implements warranty and support activities. Evaluates the existing Systems and provides the technical direction to IT support staff. Plans and implements System Automation as required for better efficiency. Oversees the development of customized Software and Hardware requirement. Collaborates with other professionals to ensure high quality deliverables within organization guidelines, policies, and procedures. Deals with work processes, optimization methods, and risk management tools in each project for the successful accomplishment according to the requirements of the stakeholders. Specific Requirements 3 years relevant work experience Relevant tertiary qualification in IT is recommended. Highly developed analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills at all levels Ability to prioritize tasks appropriately and manage time effectively. Ability to work under pressure and undertake multiple concurrent tasks and accountability of project deliverables. Negotiation skills 60-80K per Year - Full Time.
