Role This position is focused on one of our large scale healthcare or commercial projects that is in the pipeline. You will be involved from the start of construction, and predominately focused on the structural packages. In this position, you will play an integral role in managing and resolving the detail design of complex packages, whilst managing subcontractors and suppliers to deliver a successful construction project. This includes developing and maintaining construction programs, implementing the procurement strategy, value engineering, managing quality and ensuring high levels of Health & Safety at all times. Requirements 5 years experience, preferably large scale construction projects Extensive previous on-site construction delivery experience Degree qualified in a relevant field of study (Engineering, Construction Management etc) Experience on healthcare or commercial project preferred Clear and articulate communication skills coupled with an ability to manage stakeholders, both internally and externally as well as lead and mentor intermediate engineers About Lendlease With a national delivery capability, combined with a sector-focused approach, Lendlease Construction provides innovative and industry-leading project management, design and construction services driven by detailed sector knowledge and experience.
