Come and be a part of this success. About the Role We are seeking the talents of an experienced and skilled person to join the Information Stewardship team at Olympic Dam. We need someone who can integrate their expertise with the operations and Projects to help deliver safe and sustainable copper through identification, quality assurance and accuracy of our piping and instrumentation diagrams. This role is based in Adelaide on a Monday-Friday basis. This role has the flexibility to work a hybrid model between home and the office. In this role you will: Ensure compliance to the site quality document system, Ensure integrity by the correct use of engineering technical standards and procedures in managing electronic files, including engineering document numbering and titling, registration, issuing & handover Manage and delegate P&ID back drafting resources Manage P&ID System and process improvements Manage P&ID System administration (conversions, symbols etc.) About You Ability to manage complex matrix environments. Thrive in a technically challenging role. A proven work history within an engineering, mining or technical environment. Your exceptional interpersonal skills and team focus will allow you to effectively communicate with and support internal and external stakeholders. You will be a multi-tasker, able to demonstrate extremely high attention to detail and consistency of approach through reliability and accuracy of information within documents. This role calls for high proficiency in the SmartPlant P&ID design tool, MS Office suite,1SAP, SmartPlant Foundation (SPO) and Bentley Microstation software knowledge will be well regarded. Competency in process safety highly desirable. Tertiary / technical qualification in a mechanical or electrical / instrument discipline will be highly regarded.
